I’m Iryna Velychko, a luxury Real Estate Advisor specializing in coastal and high-end properties across Miami. Seven years ago, I immigrated to the U.S. independently—an experience that shaped my resilience, ambition, and results-driven mindset. Today, I bring that same discipline and heart into every client relationship.

With a background in Economics and International Relations, my career began in luxury tourism. By 24, I had founded my own premium travel company, designing bespoke experiences worldwide. That chapter trained me in elite client service, precision, negotiation, and delivering beyond expectations—skills that now define my real estate practice.

In real estate, I focus on alignment over pressure. I guide clients through purchases, investments, and relocations with strategy, clarity, and care. One of my proudest successes involved pivoting late in a deal to secure a $4M family home that truly matched my clients’ lifestyle—proof that the right property always finds the right owner.

I’m fluent in English, Ukrainian Russian, and Italian, work extensively with international buyers, and maintain strong off-market and developer relationships. Outside of work, I’m a dog lover, surfer, golfer, and active supporter of charities aiding children from Ukraine.
